Dear Brothers & Sisters,
I want to share some exciting news with all of you! God has given us (Calvary Assembly), and other
local churches an incredible opportunity to take His word in to the public schools. Yes, I said the public
schools! We have the great privilege to be the sponsoring church for the Kids Club at Pomeroy
Elementary School in Milpitas. The children will meet every week and enjoy a variety of activities. Kids
will be given the opportunity to join together in worship, they will enjoy a time of fellowship together in
their small groups; boys will participate in sports, while the girls get creative during craft time.
This is an experience that you will want to be a part of! I would like to invite you to join the team of
volunteers for Kids Club. I pray that every one of you will prayerfully consider becoming a part of this

| Coming in June! Kids Camp 2008 – Mega Sports Camp “Game Plan” is coming soon!. Hey parents ready to drop a TON OF FUN right into your child’s summer? Then MEGA Sports Camp is right for you! Calvary Assembly is offering kids in first through sixth grades on awesome time. Kids will learn more about sports, discover character-building concepts, and have a whole lot of fun. At Game Plan MEGA Sports Camp, kids can pick between basketball, soccer, baseball, or cheerleading! It doesn’t matter if they’ve play all their lives or just started yesterday, MEGA Sports Camp helps kids improve their skills. All sorts of drills and practice games will get kids focused on the fundamentals that make athletes great. Plus, MEGA Sports Camp creates a positive and encouraging environment that pumps up their confidence and self-esteem. Between Sports Sessions, coaches lead in songs, tell stories, and do cool object lessons that help character-building themes take hold in kids’ hearts.
